Apholstry? Upholstry......You Say Tomato, I Say Tah-Ma-Toe.

Okay, so remember, I pretty much suck at blogs n stuff...Making up words? What I do best. Apohlstry......That's how I roll, so anyhoo, here is the newly upohlstered (stoopid word) cushions....When the dude (and not Jeff Bridges, although that would have been AWESOME) took off the 80's print on the cushions, he found 2 other materials....One of which was the original material before he busted on our new fab fabric......ENJOY! We will needs curtains, so MUM and I will be watching the Joanne's ad so we can go in and wait in line with 40 other people while some emo kid cuts our 40% off fabric for us.

So, Like, Almost There......

So, pretty much a year ago we started this project, actually a year exactly! So here's some more pics of work we've done....It's been a TON!!!! Replaced rotten wood in back left closet and under toilet. Put in new checkerboard VCT tile floor, cleaned the hell outta the thing, re-apholstered the cushions, cleaned the aluminum backsplash....We used Mothers, Acetone and some other god awful chemical my old man uses, replaced all the screws with stainless steel screws, inside and out, polished all aluminum siding, but we still need to do more, took off weird patch job electrical on outside of trailer and fixed vent, coated the entire undercarriage with no rust paint, replaced trailer brakes, lubed and packed bearings, re-wired electrical....Whew!

And still more to do! We need to get the tires back on, finish the curtains, finish about 2 hours of final cleaning, and then decorate, install the flag holder, paint the hitch and the stair (all of which we sanded rust off of), and put all the signage back on and out all original copper cubbord hardware back on (all of whcih has been polished!)....THEN, we will be ready!! Just in time for our 30' 1974 Silver Streak Continental to arrive! WHOOOOOOOO!
